Not at all surprised to see all the poor reviews. I was paying for premium health insurance when I was with their group and was treated to public healthcare quality with run-down facilities in creepy parts of town, phone systems designed to block you from getting through, and air-headed physicians who forgot your appointments and to order tests and prescriptions. Yuck.
