I have had a few root canals and this has been the best overall experience I have had at an endodontic office from start to finish. The office staff was friendly and informative. The office was easy to locate and very nice. The assistants were caring and competent and finally Dr. Bal was phenomenal! Three injections with no pain and the numbness was perfection. He was gentle, caring, efficient and explained every step of the treatment throughout the procedure. I am so thankful ❤️
