I was rushed to ED at Sutherland hospital , and they discovered I had an ectopic pregnancy. I was bleeding internally , lost 30% of my blood volume and had to have emergency surgery. Dr Andrew came sweeping in. I was just learning about being pregnant that very moment , and also learning that I needed life saving surgery. It was my first time meeting him. Thank you to Dr Andrew, Jo and his team who went out of their way to help me recently when I really needed it. They were able to squeeze me in quickly, and created a safe and compassionate environment for me to have surgery quickly. I was thoroughly looked after and the follow up was also second to none. I know many reviews are of the team managing healthy pregnancies and deliveries, but I wanted to offer a different perspective of their care when things don't go as planned. I highly recommend Dr Zuschmann for the management of pregnancy. As a first time Mum, I was very anxious during my pregnancy, Andrew and his team made the experience so much more enjoyable for me including on the day I gave birth to my son. Andrew’s calm and relaxed manner worked perfectly for our family… we had an amazing experience throughout.
