I waited 20 months to see this doctor. The receptionists and nurse were very nice, but he was a disappointment. I explained my eyes were blurry and I constantly needed drops to function. My family doctor had referred me due to excess skin on my lids. He was quite dismissive, told me my “eyebrows had dropped” and asked me if I had Botox, (I have not and my lids have always created an issue) but he wasn’t hearing it. Was very knowledgeable about T.E D S, explained things in layman's terms helping me fully understand what is going on with my Thyroid eye disease diagnosis.
I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Ting on April 10th. He was congenial, professional and explained everything to me in layman’s terms. He did not push anything, but provided me with all the information to make my own decision(s) about how to proceed. The staff were also friendly and professional in the office.
