He listens and responds very well.
Office staff for this Dr. is the worst I have experienced. Wouldn't let me make an appt because I was changing insurance as of Jan 1. Availability for a new patient wasn't until March. I offered to cash pay and they refused saying they don't accept new cash pay patients. This office is beyond ridiculous. I obviously went elsewhere, who needs this kind of incompetence.
Numerous issues discussed with Dr maxenberg and staff. Labs drawn by nurse, flu shot administered. Rheumatologist referral received. Very satisfied
