This review is for the office at this location currently run by Kathryn Recker. The staff here are very unprofessional and rude. I had to wait 30 min after my appointment time to be seen. When I had questions about the billing process, one of the employees tried to bully me into silence! I actually had to tell her to stop interrupting me while I spoke. I used to be a patient when this place was still led by Dr. Rummel and was a bit hesitant to go to the new doctor, Kathryn Recker. After taking the first step though, I was very impressed. I was able to schedule my appointment online (my preferred way) and when I got a call back for confirmation, the service was excellent. The Dr. and staff were all very nice! They all make you feel welcomed and they have great personalities and customer service skills! Rina was very sweet and helped me pick out the perfect glasses! I would highly recommend this office! We need more people like them who love what they do! (:
