This review is for the office at this location currently run by Kathryn Recker. The staff here are very unprofessional and rude. I had to wait 30 min after my appointment time to be seen. When I had questions about the billing process, one of the employees tried to bully me into silence! I actually had to tell her to stop interrupting me while I spoke. The optometrist at this office is also rather strange. She dispenses unsolicited advice about covid and vaccines. She interrogated me about my vaccine history and made recomme... read more

I used to be a patient when this place was still led by Dr. Rummel and was a bit hesitant to go to the new doctor, Kathryn Recker. After taking the first step though, I was very impressed. I was able to schedule my appointment online (my preferred way) and when I got a call back for confirmation, the service was excellent. In the office, the staff was super friendly and helpful and Dr. Recker was awesome.
