I was shocked and sad when I heard he passed away😩 I'm sure he will be missed, Dr.Tsoi is my favorite I saw my late father into his character kind...and funny. My deepest sympathy to all Tsoi family and whole employee. May your soul Rest in Peace Dr.Tsoi. And thank you for taking care of your patient including me.
He was the most perfect doctor ever. He was kind and gentle and very caring to all of his patients. He will be missed terribly .
Dr. Tsoi is my favorite doctor. I went to a lot of specialists and doctors for treatment but Dr. Tsoi was the most helpful. He changed my life. I would go to Dr. Tsoi even if I moved across the country and have to come back just for appointments because he was that good. The area of town isn’t the best but it is easy to find (next to a Fred Meyer) and there are plenty of parking. He is the best and I learned so much from him. He even worth a book about no 4 legged meat and I have been working on eating less 4 legged animals.... read more
