Dr. Lozano is a nice doctor. Horrible service. After my appointment I have called in about 25 times to get my invoice to submit for reimbursement through my health insurance. They have promised to send it, but never do. Their phone voicemail box is usually full, they ignore emails, and on the slight chance they do answer their phones, they lie to you if you aren't going to pay them money. Shameful way to treat patients.

HORRIBLE! AND THE WAIT TIME IS A LIE!!! HE MAKES MONEY OFF OF ALL THE “WALK-IN” SHOTS THAT HE GIVES. I MADE A 4:00 APPT FOR MY 13 YEAR SON. WE WAITED 50 minutes AND HE WAS STILL GIVING HIS “WALK-INS” SHOTS! WHY THE HELL MAKE AN APPOINTMENT???? JUST WALK IN! RUDE, DISCOURTEOUS, UNCARING AND MOST OF ALL “UNPROFESSIONAL”!!!! DO NOT WASTE MY TIME BECAUSE YOU ARE AN AVARICIOUS JERK WHO WANTS TO PACK EVERYONE IN!!!? IF I MAKE AN APPT FOR 4:00 I EXPECT MY CHILD TO BE SEEN AT 4:00!!!!

Spent over 1hr waiting for my appointment. When finally called back I was given a test which I did not need - I was there strictly for allergies and they did a test for asthma. I informed Dr Lozano that I had another appointment in less than 20 min and he said we could be done in 5 min. I was charged over $300 OOP for a test I did not need and a 5 min consult. A month later there was no change in my condition. I went to another allergist who ordered blood tests & we have a treatment plan now.
