I was apprehensive to go to this office to see Dr Wilkins because of the reviews I read. Wow! I cannot believe the Dr I saw today is the same Dr that had these negative reviews. My experience with Dr Wilkins and the office staff was excellent from start to finish. Very pleasant and efficient office staff, and the Dr was kind and knowledgeable, she let me know what she was going to do at each step. Creates appointments without even talking to the patient first. I thought this was spam at first and was just going to delete it. The only reason I knew that an appointment was made is that I got an automated email stating that if I didn't show up, I would be charged. In my entire life I have never had this happen, for any referrals I was always contacted first and "Asked" if such an such a date/time would work for me. I Have had hand issues my whole life! After we couldn't find anything wrong with tests He told me to rest for few weeks and was just somthing minor like fluid in wrist. But how come my hand swells up like a balloon every year come fall? Makes no sense
