I saw Dr Lavigne who very quickly diagnosed my issue & gave good suggestions on how to deal with it!
Was told I had was a no show for an appt they made me two years ago , called to find out what they were talking about and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude !! Basically accused me of lying would not make arrangements with me , please tell me what kind of doctor treats their patients with such little regard
I was apprehensive to go to this office to see Dr Wilkins because of the reviews I read. Wow! I cannot believe the Dr I saw today is the same Dr that had these negative reviews. My experience with Dr Wilkins and the office staff was excellent from start to finish. Very pleasant and efficient office staff, and the Dr was kind and knowledgeable, she let me know what she was going to do at each step. Creates appointments without even talking to the patient first. I thought this was spam at first and was just going to delete it. The only reason I knew that an appointment was made is that I got an automated email stating that if I didn't show up, I would be charged. In my entire life I have never had this happen, for any referrals I was always contacted first and "Asked" if such an such a date/time would work for me.
