This is without a doubt one of the most condescending doctors i have ever encountered in my 62 years . We went to Urgent Care in Fayetteville . The quack dr. came in after i had told me of my issues . He then started to berate both myself and my girlfriend telling us we needed to get to St Joes ER . Now that would have been all he needed to say but he had to add " and dont stop at McDonalds on your way there obviously as a dig to the both of us who were bigger than him . My experience with Dr. Finley At urgent care in Fayetteville was great. It was my second time I had him once about 10 years ago and just the other day he was very through and explained everything with a great bedside manner.
I have never ever been so insulted by any dr. as i was with this dr. who was running the urgent care . I came there with a sore neck and headaches . This Dr. walked in introduced himself and thats where the nice ends . He was arrogant condescending and made us feel like low lifes . He said " well what do you expect me to do here for you " . He suggested we go to Crouse ER and said he would call . He also added and i took this as we are over weight " And no stopping at McDonalds go right there "
I was fortunate to be seen by Dr.Finley twice at Urgent Care in Fayetteville. He is an excellent Doctor. Dr.Finley takes his time, and gives complete attention to the patient. His diagnosis was correct, and put my mind at ease. He has an exceptional personality, and is very knowledgeable. Great doctor!
