He's a great Dr. He's caring, compassionate and really tries to help get you out of pain. He's been great with me and I'm so thankful. If you're looking for a Dr to just pass out the drugs and then send you on your way, he's the wrong one to come to. He's very cautious with what he does and really listens. You can have a few bumps in the road with his staff but he's been working on that also. You can't go wrong with him.
I did not ever see Dr McKay because I could not get past the front desk. The lady whom I did not get her name called me when she received a referral from my dr for a siatica test ( injection into the nerve). The woman told me I would come in for a consult and the dr McKay would assess what I needed. I was confused because usually when you are referred for s test you just go in and get it. One of the best Doctors I have ever had. Very polite ,honest, good attitude nice staff and very on time you never have to wait for ever like some doctors and if anybody has any think negative about him I assure you its not the doctor it's definitely the person how is complaining.
