My mom had been seeing Dr. Sulich for more than 10 years now. He had always took great care of her. If she needed something he made sure she received it. He was never pushy with any treatment always informed her what new medication is available for her and what would benefit her and what not. The front staff needs little work but she's happy to keep on seeing him.
Rude, over stimulated, yet literally would arrive to every appointment even web ones a half hour to an hour late. I think my first appointment he was 90min late. I confronted him and he said “well if I were someone upset about that, you know what I would do? I would find a new rheumatologist” and that’s exactly what I did. Thanks for “all the free samples” bro. Support staff was friendly and place was well kept. Sulich’s presence is just that awful that I can’t give y’all more than 1/5.
When he was evaluating me he mistaken me for another patient, never got a call back or treatment or anything from him or his office staff, very poor medical care would not recommend.
Dr. Sulich might be right for some people, but my father and I found him very rude. Talks too fast, in way too much of a hurry during your appointment. On top of that, his office never followed up regarding insurance authorization for medication. When you cancel an appointment at this office, they ask you what the reason is…I find that rude and also comical given they can’t even help a patient get medication, but they’re quick to find out why they might miss out on money from a visit. Doc is decent enough though he rushes through appointment. Speaks very fast so it is hard to understand and being rushed at the same time is problematic. Office staff is absolutely terrible. Every single one I have been in contact with in all my visits here have been rude and cold to me. I have been assured something was being worked on with my insurance only to find out from my insurance directly they never got any communication from that office.
