Dr. Palafox is an excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable and does care for his patients. He was patient and answered all my questions about possible treatment. I would highly recommend him as a doctor! Ronnie, his assistant is also very caring, And Leslie, the x-ray technician that attended me, was especially attentive , Courteous and knowledgeable!. I appreciate the great attitude that the girls at the front desk have at this location. Murchison👍

I was in the hospital needing an external fixator removed. When he greeted me he already had an off attitude. He didn't introduce himself to me, so I wanted to ask him some questions about himself ( he was going to cut my leg open) to get comfortable with the surgery. This man came into the room and said you know I have other places to be. I can be somewhere else. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism!! Of course I refused the surgery. I don't know why he had a preconceived idea about me...maybe racism?

I'm disappointed that I am unable to give zero stars. Can't speak to the doctor's abilities as a surgeon, as those weren't utilized, but as a human being I give him about zero. Spent the barest 2 minutes of time with my father, didn't take a new xray until my father insisted, and it revealed a hip fracture! Offered no pain management, offered no phys therapy orders or any other course of treatment, offered no referral for home care services for an 86 year old unable to walk due to the hip fracture. I wish I could give no stars but that is not possible. Dr.Palafox is very inattentive. He spent a maximum of 2 minutes talking to me and did not address my concerns at all. Did not provide any medical advice on treating my injury or any activities to avoid. Sadly they robbed my insurance of hundreds of dollars and myself with co-pays. Please choose another doctor, don't waste your time or money.
