I have been a patient of Dr. Dvonch for 10 years. 3 weeks ago I had a filling put it that fell out today. I called the office to get it fixed and they refused to schedule me due to a small outstanding balance. The employee on the phone was condescending and very unkind.
Dr. Dvonch and the Linden Oaks Dental practice as a whole is top notch dentistry. The entire staff treats their patients with respect and kindness, they make you feel like your are part of a family. They have excellent, state of the art technology with a friendly hometown feel. Visiting this office is a pleasure!!
I would highly recommend Dr. Dvonch and his staff. Very friendly, personable, and thorough. I called as a new patient on a Friday, filled a cancellation on the following Tuesday. Hygienist Kathy was wonderful and helped entertain my 7 month old which she didn’t have to do. Helped ease my mom anxiety about going to the dentist. Also went out of their way to find my lost earring, again which they didn’t have is to do. I won’t go anywhere else for my dental care. Exceptional service.
Dr. Dvonch is friendly and seems very competent, but I realized that he can very quickly (& quietly) operate out of his comfort zone. I have sensed too many occasions that he has a simmering temper and his staff suddenly quiet right down and are almost afraid to breathe. He is money-driven so that he performs procedures in-house that really need an outside specialist and then the work he completed fails within weeks. Almost $1000 which could've been used to have the tooth taken care of properly.
Dr. Dvonch has a great office! The staff always greet you with a smile, the waiting room is inviting, there is an assortment of Keurig cups to choose from (lol) and parking is very convenient. Kathy is my hygienist~she is kind, warm, and professional. The chairs you sit in are very comfy and it's not so bad when you can watch TV, as you get your teeth cleaned. Dr. Dvonch is very caring, concerned about your life, health, and treats you with respect. I would recommend this office to anyone!!
Very poor experience.
I really hate going to the dentist, and I am not shy about announcing that to the dentist and behaving badly the whole time I am there. Dr. Dvonch and his staff actually seem to understand that and just roll with it, working hard to keep discomfort to an absolute minimum. Very high tech, very pleasant office. I have to go for another checkup today (would prefer every 6 years, not every 6 months), and although I am not actually looking forward to it, I am not looking for excuses not to go either.
