Always pretty fast,really great staff!
I had the good fortune to be cared for by Dr. Andrew Mones at Good Samaritan Legacy ER after falling on the ice and breaking my wrist. He took care of me with compassion and expertise, massaging the bones into place and assisting with applying the splint. Even though the ER was busy, he treated me like I was the only one there, explained the procedure and follow-up necessary, and even called at home the following morning to make sure I was ok. He is a gem among physicians.
Wont listen to patient and thinks he knows it all.
This Dr. Is amazing. I went into the emergency room in terrible hip pain. Dr. Mones was able to walk right in and tell me what the issue was. He did not need things like labs or imaging. He didn't even need me to take my clothes off because he didn't need to examine me either. He told me what my issue was, and having suffered from that before I told him it was not that. He assured me it was and that was final. Refused to discuss it further.
