Dr Horowitz is abrupt and wasn’t prepared for my visit. Asked me for a disc an hour before my surgery to look at . Was too late for me to run to another office . Main thing that bothered me was he highly insulted me while i was in chair . He was explaining the surgery to me and he was getting annoyed by my questions , he said for me to call my Husband in!!!!
