Called for an appointment in pain, spent full day prior in ER, diagnosed with 7mm kidney stone in right kidney. I donated left kidney 20 years ago. Front desk person seemed uninterested in helping and offered an appointment 4 weeks out. I told her again my acute problem and she said her manager would call me. Still waiting…
Really enjoyed first office visit as the doctor seemed attentive and thorough to my son's needs. Disappointed to be given a referral to his colleague who wasn't taking patients for over 7 months! Went in for next visit to FINALLY get a serious issue resolved and wasn't such a positive experience. Was THREE minutes late due to unexpected traffic and receptionist snapped across lobby saying "he wouldn't be seen bc we were late".
