He's not the only knowledgeable doctor in town but he has a wealth of compassion to go with it. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns, without interruption, and asks clarifying questions. He seems to always get it right. Also, you will be seen when you arrive for your appointment. There is no waiting alone in an exam room for an hour that seems so common these days. I'd give more than five stars but you get the point- I'd recommend him to anyone.
We followed Dr Hathaway over from North Medical. We tried to stay with North Med after he left, but it was different. It took us a bit to get in with Dr Hathaway at Crouse Family, but it was worth the wait. Dr Hathaway is so compassionate and takes his time to listen to my family and me. We love him!
