I had a great experience with Dr. Halford during my root canal today. I was feeling nervous beforehand, but he immediately put me at ease. The procedure was quick, painless, and over before I knew it. I couldn’t believe how smooth it all went!
A great experience, with very kind and caring staff. Would definitely recommend Dr. Halford.
They need to learn how to use their system and either bill the insurance OR the patient, and not both like it happened to me which took weeks for their office to give me back my refund... And they need to be upfront with patients that they will charge a “damage deposit” in case of “no show” for the final appointment BEFORE the treatment starts and not after the treatment started (which also happened to me), so people are prepared financially…
