I felt genuinely cared for from start to finish... Nursing & reception staff are genuinely compassionate, professional and concerned. The initial care I received in office was not only thorough but also well explained, and I appreciate that. I have no doubt Dr. Franklin is a true healer, and made me feel hopeful. My foot pain has been debilitating and life limiting, and I look forward to getting back to lessoning limitations and recovering my quality of life.
My monthly visits at Ocala podiatry continue to be great experience. Professionalism and excellent treatment interventions are their strong points.
