Dr. Foster is truly exceptional. He performed a complex hip replacement for me a year ago—a revision of a previous replacement that had subluxated three times following a fall. Dr. Foster was not involved in my original surgery, but he successfully addressed an extremely challenging situation with skill, precision, and professionalism. Dr. Foster is the best! Super friendly, professional, and helpful. I broke my leg and he was very patient even though I asked him what my surgery and recovery was going to look like a million times. My leg is healing very well. I’m grateful he was my doctor. The only downside is that his office is very busy, it takes a while to get through to somebody.
I am not sure about his skills as a surgeon because after a year and a half I’m still in pain from my femur surgery. Don’t ever try and call his office because you cannot get through and when they tell you to press zero to leave a message you’re wasting your time, but I had no choice because I went in with a broken femur at Memorial through emergency. I feel that customer service is just as important as Dr. Care in this office does not have it so if you’re looking for customer service and you have a choice don’t go there!
Dr Andrew Foster is managing my sports orthopedic care since 2021 in this last year. As a triathlete (swimming, cycling and speed walking), it has become obvious as confirmed by 3x sports orthopedic Doctors (including Dr Foster) that indeed a double knee replacement is necessary now.
