Dr Collins is awesome. He patiently listened when I spoke to him. He is very knowledgeable. Sometimes it takes me awhile to say what I'm trying to say. But he's very kind and patient. I did not have to wait in the lobby. I saw him at the time of my appointment. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Collins is smart and kind.
My daughter was in a near fatal car accident on 12/31/23. When she was released from the hospital, there was a lot to do. The first was to see an orthopedic surgeon due to multiple fractures in her spine. He recommended she see a neurologist too and wrote a referral to Dr. Collins office on 1/8 with "STAT" in the comments. I've called weekly since to check on the status of the order. Each time, I've been told they get so many that are stat and they will get to us when they can. I finally gave up after 4 weeks going on 5 week... read more
