Dr. Chung and his staff are amazing. Very compasionate. The entire process from my first appointment through surgery and recovery was handled with professionalism and caring.
I had L4 -L5 back surgery in December 2025. Dr Chung was my orthopedic surgeon, and I couldn't have asked for a better one!! While under his care, I also saw his assistant, and they both were very caring and gave me the best care. I had some questions during my recovery and Dr Chung called me to discuss. That told me a lot about him, that he was willing to call and not have one of the staff call for him!! Very attentive with my health and progress with my back surgery.
I underwent an L3–L4 fusion with Dr. Andrew Chung on March 3, 2026, and the entire experience was exceptional. Dr. Chung’s expertise, communication, and attention to detail were evident from day one. He provided a clear treatment plan, answered all my questions, and ensured I felt supported throughout the process. My recovery has been smooth, and the improvement in my symptoms has been remarkable. Dr. Chung is an outstanding spine surgeon, and I highly recommend him.
This doctor is a poor choice. This guy had the audacity at our first visit to lean in for a hug to display his arrogance before anything had been discussed. I just received the MRI and I spent thousands of dollars and he hadn’t even corrected the problem. On top of that he hasn’t returned my phone calls for weeks and when he does he runs in circles trying to manipulate. Please be careful if your working with this man!
