Dr. Cheung and his staff are incredibly pleasant and competent. I went in two times for extractions. The first time I was nervous, but this team insured patient comfort. That made my second visit very easy to approach and was a zero stress situation. This team is UNBELIEVABLY efficient, professional, and caring. They will even walk you to your car if you want. Dr. Cheung was very personable and eased my fear of having 5 teeth removed in one appointment. The day of my surgery everyone in the office were wonderful. I sat and chatted with a while they administered some medication and the next thing I knew I was headed home. Everything healed up within 3 weeks and I was only a little uncomfortable for a couple of days. Thank you Dr. Cheung and staff for a great job and for checking up on me.
Awesome staff and great Crossville office. Dr Cheung was funny and personable with my 17 year old son putting him at ease for the upcoming sceduled procedure.
