I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They told me about my treatments' risks and benefits; Dr. Chang has a good bedside manner and answered my questions well. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I can always count on them to be there for me. I will absolutely return.
I had a bad experience. I have had 5 colonoscopies before this one and have knowledge of the process. Dr Chang after hearing of my complaint of bleeding regularly and major constipation asked me "what do you want me to do!" I was miffed. My thought was, your the doctor I am the patient what do you think I want, relief from this massive pain!! He did a sigmoidoscopy, a minor colonoscopy.
