I have been coming to this office since I moved to the area four years ago. my husband and I both go see DR. Feldman until today. I had some major swelling in my ankles and feet wile on vacation a few days agao and after researching the heart disease in my family, I decided it was best to contact them asap to see if the Dr. could fit me in. The lady that answered was very rude. She said I owed them $52 from 2 years ago and I needed to pay that before she would schedule an appointment or even speak to me further. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Made me wait for over an hour without any apology or acknowledgment. Rudest receptionist I have ever met! Very disappointed!
