The plumber arrived much later than scheduled, without any prior notification of the time change. He exhibited a lack of knowledge and professional competence. His demeanor was unfriendly and he was unresponsive to all my queries. He mentioned he was an Army veteran, but as a veteran myself, I was disappointed to see that this company is not veteran-friendly. our water heater broke down, and we all know what a nightmare that is! brad turned up and did an awful job! he was unprofessional, and barely put in any effort to do a decent job. he deserves a stern reprimand, and will be avoided and not employed in the future! the inspector turned up the next day to complain about what a poor job he did as well! no thanks, brad!
I'd give Gary, Brad, and their team 1 star! I had an extremely easy replacement job on my new Rinnai Tankless Water Heater, which was expertly installed by another company. It was completely accessible, with perfect piping, excellent exhaust, and a well-placed gas line, in a spacious modern house. This company came up with a terrible solution, installing a bulky wall and moving the new Rinnai to that wall which made it completely inaccessible. Brad and Nicholas showed up at my place and were utterly unprofessional. They were impolite, failed to explain anything to either me or my husband so we had no clue what needed to be done. They also left us in the dark about how they planned to do it. They gave us a quote, which was way overpriced. They did the work, but made a huge mess and didn't bother to clean up at all. I would certainly not call this company again and would caution others against using their services.
Brad, the leak detection specialist from this company was absolutely dreadful! He displayed an extremely low level of professionalism and was unclear about his plan of action to locate the leak. Unfortunately, he failed to identify our problem and reported nothing to their evaluator. Brad left all my inquiries unanswered and his follow-up service was abysmal. If the need arises, I will certainly hesitate to call him again!
