Bermans office is nice and clean. Seems to listen to you but always kind of rushed. Serious issue i had was parking. Street parking only for full size vehs as 6'4'' for structure (along w nearby ones) and its spots are short and narrow. Street parking is a meter and 1 hour max.
I went to Dr. Berman because the ENT my PCP referred me to had poor reviews. Like other patients have said, Dr. Berman is an excellent doctor who sincerely cares about his patients and knows what he's talking about. He listened to my concerns and offered me multiple courses of action to choose from. The entire staff was polite, friendly, and most of all, kind. :)
I visited Dr. Berman’s office for a nose related issue. In short, my quarrel is not with Dr. Berman. Rather it is with his staff. Specifically, Valentina, who is responsible for obtaining insurance approvals for surgery. Which had been deemed necessary in my case. In total, I had three appointments that went smoothly. Andrew Berman is a good ENT doctor but only putting 4 stars review because his office charged me for the phone call after my scan visit. He called me few minutes to tell me the results of my scan and it cost me $50 (with insurance). I would have appreciated to be aware of that before.
Dr.Berman was awesome! He was very welcoming and easy to talk with. He let me know all of my options and gave me advice on how to deal with my tonsils in all of ten minutes. He is definitely a doctor that feels like family after my first visit. I will definitely be back to see him because he is very knowledgeable. The front desk receptionist was awesome as well.
