Medical assistants calling in the patient do not say hello upon patient arrival. The beginning of the visit is very cut and dry. We got a sense of lack of compassion for their patients or seems like they’re annoyed you’re there. The doctor on the other hand is thorough and knowledgeable. His bedside manner is decent.
I love the Dr. Aristizabal but I really hate his staff! They are rude and they leave you waiting for a really long time. I waited for over an hour and my baby still didn’t get his shots. Staff is very unapologetic and they basically give the to bad so sad attitude.
Dr Aristizabal is very kind, respectful, patient, attentive, detailed, knowledgeable, always available, always takes the time to answer all my questions, and he makes my children feel secure. Will totally recommend him.
Very good Pediatrician, highly recommended ??
I had taken my kids to many Drs and once Dr. Aristizabal saw them I knew I would never be taking my kids to anywhere else. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything to the parents. He is never in rush to get you out and makes sures to check the kids right. I recommend him all the time to friends and family.
