My experience with Dr. Ward was unsettling. My insurance is set up with a deductible. Meaning I usually pay a bill following my medical visits. This was clearly an issue for Dr. Ward and she had instructed the medical assistant to tell me I needed to pay $100 cash co-pay. The medical assistant did not charge me this and encourage me to call my insurance to find out more about how to pay for the visit.
