I received excellent care from Dr. Hagemann and her team. Her bedside manner is wonderful and puts you at ease. I was told by another surgeon that I’d likely need a colostomy bag, and she was able to perform the surgery robotically without doing a colostomy. I’m so thankful!
Dr Hagemann was not experienced with my particular situation. She gave me the impression my case was unusual for her. She should have shared this fact with my referring gynecologist. Dr Hagemann advised as best she could with limited knowledge, however, the steps she suggest had already been directed by previous gynecologists and failed to fix my situation. I told her this. Dr Hagemann’s final diagnosis was in direct conflict with 2 biopsy pathology report fundings of HSIL, leaving me in a state of doubt going forward. I’ll ... read more

Dr Hagemann is up to date on latest medical techniques, an amazingly skilled surgeon and has fantastic bedside care. I healed quickly and my scars are tiny. She listens and thinks carefully about the best approach patient by patient. As a trained scientist I was extremely impressed by her depth of expertise. I highly recommend this doctor.
Cancelled my doctors order of concern i have cancer. Made up her own diagnosis from reading my records. Why a five star when this doctor does even care that a patient has been told blood levels show i might have cancer. I just do not understand. Guess i have to change hospitals from Siteman to Mercy. I pray Mercy will work on me to find the cancer before it grows.
