I am dentist shy. I have been to several really sketchy ones in the past so I was skeptical about this but I had a dental emergency. My dental assistant put me at ease- she numbed my gums with a local anesthetic for my cleaning because I told her it hurt. They really care about their patients and their wellbeing. They are allegedly accepting new patients, except for certain people with certain insurances that they claim to accept. But they are just picking and choosing.
Dr. Owens is one of a kind. She gave me hope when everyone else wanted to pull my teeth. Dr. Owens is a good , intelligent, reasonable , lovely woman. Truly one of a kind. I mean really she's one in a million compared to other dentists I've seen. She's worth a drive. Her hygienist was awesome too. This office took a high quality photo of every single tooth in my mouth , I mean this is outstanding and dedicated work. She knows her stuff, scientifically , very very intelligent woman. Keep up the good work ladies ! 👏
I’ve been going to this office since before it was taken over by Dr. Owen’s. I have decided to go to another place due to them canceling my appointments multiple times. This is due to new office hours. I have odd hours at work and can’t just change my times to early morning which is the only option they give me other than 6 months out. I don’t recommend them due to them changing office hours so regular. This has happen to me 3 times.
Dr. Owens took me as an emergency for a broken filling on a molar. She had me in within a few days and replaced the filling. Two weeks later a permanent crown is in place. She appears to have done excellent work. She and all of her staff are just the friendliest people!
