Dr. Carter is kind and caring. She listens to me and does not get in a hurry. Her nurse is very nice as well.
I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Carter. She is always willing to listen, and she isn't too busy rushing out the door to the next patient. She is friendly and caring. Her nurse is also very kind and compassionate.
She is rude and she will do do procedures on u that u do not consent to.
