Not to be trusted, a liar and profit motivated! Unkind. My daughter was a cleft patient with Kaiser. Dr. Feathers got them to cover expenses for early surgery preparation for an under bite at 10 years old to expand the palate with a quad-helix. My daughter was unable to swallow or eat, so I called up frantic to have her remove it. We never went back. Years later, every orthodontist confirmed no quad-helix was ever needed. Dr Feather might have credentials and years of experience, but compassion she has none. She is rude, even cold with kids. She is especially nasty with minority children, but this is California the great salad bowl of cultures and people; so a few training sessions on tolerance might do her good. Our experience with her has never been repeated with any other provider.... for the sake of future patience hopefully she changes her bad behavior and picks up some good old fashion bedside manners.

After removing the braces, teethe turned out really bad and agreed that more work needed to be done. Didn't do anything for my daughter, nephews and other family members. Don't recommend her at all!
