I find the office of Dr An to be limited in its ability to truly provide individualized care. Appointments are packed in, wait times are long, and once you do get seen, it is a rushed appointment with little interaction, and lacks kindness and genuine concern.
I was seen by Dr. Andrea An in 2021. Was diagnosed with "vertigo". Was referred to a Banner Health physical therapist by Dr. Andrea An. The physical therapist stated that the symptoms I exhibited during the evaluation were not vertigo related and I needed to be seen by a movement disorder specialist. When bringing the PT evaluation to Dr. Andrea An, I was met with no professionalism. She immediately denied the evaluation from the PT (without seeing the paperwork) just because I asked what this means for my vertigo treatment.... read more
They apparently don't check identification or insurance cards very well because they've billed my insurance three times in the last 3 months for somebody with a similar name. I only live 1,800 miles away... Hopefully this isn't fraud.
.Hadbeen treated by Dr An since moving here from back east. Have serious pain issues/migraines/ memory issues. Not very happy with Dr A Wasted my time always prescription problems. Offered me more drugs when I had to stop because my memory was gone. Asked do I want more ???. Left and never came back. Wow! Dr Ann never returned after that. Run away and never looked back. Just terrible Dr
Based on professionalism, knowledge base, ability to communicate and be respectful to patients and not take advantage of ordering unnecessary tests, misdiagnosis on larger scale-I’d give zero stars if it was an option. I’m seen at Mayo Clinic and because it’s far for me I tried to see this Dr. she was rude, lacking in knowledge causing little to no answers or feedback when contradicted by other specialists. She’s been reported to Mayo Clinic as not being in the best interests of her patients. The neuro company she works for ... read more
