My mother ordered tests from Dr. An after having some symptoms regarding her cognitive function/memory. When she arrived 10 minutes late Dr. An refused to see her (despite knowing she was there to get test results of an urgent and serious nature and was worried sick about it along with the rest of us) Dr An refuse to see her and made her reschedule her appointment! My mother ordered tests from Dr. An after having some symptoms regarding her cognitive functioning and memory. As is their policy, she would not give results over the phone and required that she come in, which is fine. On the day of her scheduled appointment, my mother had another doctor's appointment and ended up arriving ten minutes late. Doctor An refused to see her ( despite knowing she was there for results of an alzheimer's screening ) and insisted she reschedule her appointment. I’m writing this review for my aunt, who is unable to do so herself. Last year she was very abruptly and unceremoniously diagnosed with a life altering degenerative illness by this woman (I wanted to use a different word but I’ll leave it at that) Same experience as others- no sympathy, no resources given, no additional info. Clearly she’s in this profession for the money. Sad. What comes around goes around doctor. I hope for your sake on down the road, you meet people better than yourself
