They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. However, when I attempted to contact them after my first visit so that I could get a perscription for a mammogram, there was not answer after three attempts. I left two messages, and didn't get a call back.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute. They are extremely reliable. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this OBGYN promptly notify you about any test results? Yes, they were the fastest I've seen and very polite

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything! Dr. Bayer is a wonderful and compassionate doctor. Both my daughter and I have been long- time patients and would not consider using anyone else. She stays on top of the latest research and truly understand the "seasons" of women of all ages.
