The Dumbest Doctor In Town..... Some time ago, I went to see Dr. Thomas regarding a bursitis on my left elbow. He decided to remove the bump with a needle syringe. He put the shot of local anesthesia on my elbow but within five seconds he put the extraction syringe. Read that part again, he did not allow the anesthesia to take effect so it hurt when he put the syringe needle. The reviews are true. Horrible staff and zero concern for the patients or their time.
They took 3 hrs to call us in, everyone that showed up after us was all called in. We were literally the last ones. Next time, probably just look for another orthopedic in San Antonio.
I had a horrible experience with the staff. I heard really good things about Dr. Thomas unfortunately his staff here in Eagle Pass is rude and I didn’t get an appointment after a month of them trying to verify my benefits I would call them they never did it. They gave me the round around and told me they had called and never did.
