I am very disappointed. I had scheduled an appointment originally at the Pillsbury Building location, and received a letter telling me my doctor was no longer with the practice. They changed the time of my appointment (only 10 minutes earlier), and changed the location of the appointment to Pillsbury *Street*. I went to the old location, 10 minutes early, and the receptionist sent me to this location. She also called ahead to say I was on my way. Horrible experience at this office. I booked a routine eye exam. The doctor did not discuss any medical issues with me and I did not receive any medical treatment. Despite this, the office changed the paperwork for my visit to a medical diagnostic appointment for no reason. This cancelled out my expected standard coverage and left me with an unexpected charge. When I asked them to correct this, both the office and the doctor refused. I will not be returning.
