My fiancé has concerning vision issues and she was calling in today about her appointment that was set for today and wanted to make sure information was right before arriving. The lady she talked to ((Alexis)) who answered the phone was very rude and even hung up on her when making sure they had my fiances right information, which they didn’t. Unresponsive. Horrible service. I've attempted to contact them several times to get them to fill out my renewal forms. They do not respond.

My time was not respected as I waited an initial 10 minutes to get in the room, eyes were dilated, and then spent another half hour waiting. People work. If the office is running late, then text people that. I didn't need to show up on time at 10:30 to be seen at 11:45. If I were that late, you would charge me. I should ask for my copay back at this point. Do better.

I cannot begin to praise Concord Eye Center highly enough. Everyone, from the receptionists, to the techs, surgical schedulers and RNs, are attentive, kind, supportive and helpful. Dr. Fogle is a dream doctor/surgeon. She is compassionate and professional while also possessing specialized skills and an outlook on eye health unmatched by any doctor I have ever seen. She truly wants the best outcome for her patients and does everything she can to make that a reality.
