Needed to see her urgently for hand pain. My husband and kids are all her patients but i never go to the doctor so i was going to be a new patient. Due to me being a "new" patient I had to wait over a month to see her. I showed up 5 minutes early but was refused care because I wasn't 15 minutes early (wasn't told this was required during initial scheduling). They then tried to reschedule me another 2 months out!
