$800! $800! They are holding my $800 because in 2023 you cannot issue a credit card refund or a check for 4-6 weeks. Seriously? It’s 2023 not 1993. what a scam. Don’t trust this office. I should have had a refund in 72 hours. Rude staff. They’ve had my &800 hostage because I paid for something they could not deliver and they are being unkind and rude. STAY AWAY!
Dr.Verdier and his assistant Kelly were absolutely amazing with my procedure today. I went in very nervous and they were both so patient and made me feel comfortable right away. I highly recommend going to them.
