Been going to Dr Novac for over 10 years and I’m finally fed up with this so called service I was receiving. She has been always a little bit cautious. But recently it’s just getting out of control. Most of the time I rather avoid going to her by going to walk in clinic as she would rather send me to specialists and wait month’s over a regular prescription refills. Dr Novac is a family doctor of our family for many many years. When I was pregnant, she tried her very best to check necessary tests for me since I got to see her little late on my initial stage of pregnancy. She truly adores my daughter with sincere care. Appointments are booked pleasantly with kind staffs and are always on time. I feel I am very lucky to have Dr Novac as a family doctor. It is very unfortunate she can take only limited patients. I hope many patients have the opportunities to see a great doctor as Dr Novac!
Worst Family Doctor I have ever had. She get’s mad at doing her job, won’t book any tests I have asked for, told me to “find a new family doctor” because I needed her to fill out my insurance paper work which she charged me $45 to fill out. You’d be better off being your own family doctor, at least you care about yourself. Lost a patient in me
