Last week, I went to a different dental clinic where the dentist said I needed a root canal but they didn’t even offer that procedure. My friend works at Dr. Jivan’s clinic, so I asked her if she could help me book an appointment. She did, and the process was smooth and easy. I'm so thankful to Dr. Jivan, instead of going straight to a root canal, she carefully checked my tooth and was able to fix it with just a filling. That saved me from a lot of unnecessary treatment. I’m leaving this review out of concern not for the service inside, but for what’s happening outside. The signage on this dental office is trapping birds, and you can literally see them getting stuck and dying. It’s heartbreaking, and honestly, completely avoidable. A place focused on care and health shouldn’t ignore suffering happening right under their own sign. Please fix this immediately — it’s inhumane and reflects very poorly on your business.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Anca Jivan and her amazing team. She is not some fresh out of school dentist. Dr. Jivan has years of experience and it truly shows in her work and how confidently she handles every situation. She is thoughtful, calm, and incredibly thorough.
