I wanted to make an appointment, but they said you can only make one two weeks in advance. Okay, I understood that. Then they told me to call the insurance company, add the doctor, and then call them back to schedule the appointment. Fine, I understood that too. But when I asked them to please send me the address by SMS, they said, “No, we don’t send SMS.
