I've been trusting my dental care to Bartov since 2017 and have had stellar experiences. It's been a relief to have found such a pleasant and knowledgeable dentist who I have been able to trust. De Bartov and his team provide great customer experience:1. High quality dental service (in my case last work was implant).2. Minimal wait time (usually under 15 minutes).3. Timely and convenient notifications about upcoming visits.4. They provide clear and reasonable description of all charges for planned services upfront- customer can better prioritize treatments accordingly.
I went in for a consult because I have a cracked tooth that has to be distracted. An acquaintance had recommended the practice. I went - with some reservations - even though they don't accept my insurance because I had struggled to find an oral surgeon I liked who could address my anxiety around dental care. Excellent staff was cordial, patient and professional. Dr. Bartov diagnosed, explained, addressed and is helping me resolve my dental concerns. I am a nervous dental patient, but the doctor and staff made me feel very comfortable, secure and confident.
Scheduled a 1st-visit routine checkup and cleaning with Dr. Yutian Zeng. Check-in/check-out process friendly and smooth, facility clean and tidy. Payment is expected up front. There was no wait time; as soon as I checked in I was taken into a treatment room.
