After calling for 3 days and not able to leave a message as the voicemail was full, I drove to the facility today 7-27-23 mid-morning. The doors were locked, lights were off and mail was on the floor. The sign on the door said to call another number, but it was not in service. This place must be shut down. Contacting my insurance so he can be removed from the available providers list.
