Dr. Panchal did a shoulder replacement and it was perfect. He was also very nice top speak with. His nurses are fine but his other office staff is terrible. When you call his office number you get a recording which can last for a long time. Then you get connected to a call center which isn't in his office. After playing 20 questions with the call center, you're told you have to speak to Jody to make an appointment. Since she doesn't answer her phone, I leave several messages. She doesn't call back.
