Office staff is quick polite and efficient. The doctor was very clear on my diagnosis and treatment going forward. It was my first appointment with the practice and I was able to get what I needed done right then without having to wait for another appointment. I was in and out without spending more time waiting than with the actual doctor. Which I’m finding rare lately.
Pros: Great office staff. I never had to wait too long. Cons: Dr. Panchal's incompetence.During a follow-up appointment after an MRI, Anand said my MRI looked normal. He recommended exploratory surgery to try to find what was wrong and possibly fix it. I requested a copy of the MRI report and the office visit notes to take them for a second opinion.
