Amazing Doctor. I love the way he listed questions and issues and addressed each one and how and what we needed to do to fix it.
Gi Gi and Dr. Diaz were professional, kind, and demonstrated genuine concern regarding my care, and answered all questions to the best of their ability.
Extremely satisfied, I have seen Dr. Diaz for years. Highly professional, great communication between patient and staff. New office location at 426 Michigan street ne very nice to get to and access office. I highly recommend if you are looking for a PCP!
