Wow, this is my third opinion, and I can’t be happier! Thank you to the people at PDN for guiding my son and me to Dr. Fonseca and her staff. My son has been doing so much better since we started being patients here. One thing I did was not call them; I went directly to make sure they had everything, and that’s how I got an appointment! I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Fonseca and her staff!
The doctors here are excellent and very pleasant. However, there was a major miscommunication regarding their location. Google, their website, the official documents, and my doctor's referral all listed one address, but they sent a different one late the night before my appointment, which I missed. When I tried to get help with the confusion, the receptionist was a bit rude, and management was even less helpful. That experience is the only reason I'm withholding a 5-star rating. They literally never answer .. they called me because they had received a referral for my daughter ive been calling back for 2 wks already and nobody has called me back.
I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this clinic. After filling out a mountain of questionnaires, we finally secured an appointment for my 3-year-old son to be evaluated for an autism diagnosis—an appointment we waited a month for. Two business days before our scheduled date, they contacted me to confirm and provided the address.
