I was nervous about coming here based on some reviews about rude receptionists.... However, my experience was fine. I was in and out within 30 min and grace helped me pick out frames and explained pricing thoroughly. Dr. Carr was professional and to the point. Highly recommended
I've been going here for a while now. Disregard all the bad reviews about the receptionists as they have gotten new ones. I always get seen on time and I am always given an explanation of everything, I never leave feeling confused. I will continue to go here for as long as I can!
I take my entire family to Dr. Carr. She has a good "chairside" manner with kids and explains things- like changes to vision, the whys, etc. She IS very efficient- which could be perceived as "rude" if you are expecting a chatty cathy. But if you are looking for someone who is efficient, effective, and keeps an office running on-time (when was the last time you got in to see your doc atthe time you were scheduled???), Dr. Carr is your doc. Called for an appointment, the receptionist said they were booked for the requested time and then HE HUNG UP ON ME. Really? Guess that told me that I don't want to schedule at a different time. I've heard that Dr Carr is great, but we won't be visiting her.
I've been going to see Dr. Carr for the last 10 years now and we've always enjoyed seeing her; she is very friendly and "in-tune" with her patients and their needs. She also doens't push any specific products and I always feel like she's suggesting the right product for me. The only part that I did not look forward to when we went in the past, was to deal with the receptionists. They've cycled through what seems like endless new faces, all rude. The receptionist is extremely rude. I've called to discuss my vision and she is short cuts me as I'm speaking.
