Outstandingly personable, compassionate and professional. Explained every detail with humanity and did not speak down to me. I had a not so pleasant previous experience with a long time OB/Gyno and was hesitant to return, but Dr. Hernandez and her assistant Carmen made me feel completely at ease and welcome.
